STATUS: Non-Exempt
HOURS: 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate + Commission

TeleVoIPs provides Hosted Voice (Phone Systems in the Cloud) and Onsite Telecommunication solutions to businesses across the United States with a strong focus in the Tampa Bay area. We create solutions to fit our clients’ needs using an advanced cloud based platform while providing unparalleled customer service and support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but may not be limited to the following):

• Attend events, tradeshows, and partner socials to demonstrate company products and services
• Strong knowledge of company products and services
• Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate company products and services
• Create company marketing processes
• Create and maintain company marketing materials, such as social media, newsletters, brochures, etc.
• Promote the company’s presence via social medical and other relative media
• Create partner relationship management proposals
• Assist in overseeing partner relationship management and ensure clients and partners are satisfied with our services
• Ability to prospect new partner opportunities
• Set appointments with prospective clients and partners
• Initialize sales opportunities
• Seek client referrals
• Comfortable working in-office, as well as at events, tradeshows, partner socials, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by supervisor
• Ability to routinely follow up and communicate with supervisor on task/responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding relationship and collaboration skills with both new and current clients/partners
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to create new client relationships and retain current client relationships
• Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment
• Proficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Send and receive emails and keep an email inbox organized
• Ability to maintain an organized calendar
• Excellent keyboarding skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze information
• Ability to deal with complexity
• Attention to details and thoroughness
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: (Light to moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous activities of an administrative nature to include):

• Using manual dexterity sufficient to handle/reach items and works with fingers
• Using close/distance/peripheral and depth perception
