Our Implementation Coordinator will work with our awesome clients every day, managing the new client onboarding process. He or she will be responsible for ensuring new clients’ phone numbers are successfully transferred to our service and will work closely with our technical support team to coordinate and schedule onsite installations. The Implementation Coordinator will spend time discussing what our new clients need from their phone system and ensuring they have submitted the necessary paperwork.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but may not be limited to the following):

  • Work directly with our clients via telephone and email to coordinate their transition to the TeleVoIPs platform
  • Conduct a “kick-off call” with new clients to help them determine their office’s call flow needs
  • Ensure all documentation is submitted and organize accordingly
  • Oversee the transition of phone numbers from other carriers to our platform
  • Respond to questions about our setup and installation processes
  • Work closely with our technicians to help advise new clients on their options for their phone system set up
  • Coordinate with the client and our technical support team to schedule onsite installations
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Come to the job with at least a high-school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
  • Have experience working in a detail-oriented and/or customer service related position
  • Understand how to effectively use basic computer programs including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and come ready to learn to use several new types of software
  • Include three experiences relating to the skills required for this position in your cover letter or introductory email.

  • Driving to and from client offices in the Tampa area
  • Sitting or standing for extended period of time

  • Working on a computer for extended periods of time
