TeleVoIPs is seeking Technical Implementation Consultant to assist clients with our award-winning VoIP platform including IP phones, call flow build out, and VoIP server set up. The TeleVoIPs Implementation Services Team assists new customers in setting up their phones, features, and services by providing configuration advice, consulting, training, and problem resolution throughout the setup and installation process. Want to join our team? Our ideal candidate is ready to exceed client expectations during our new client onboarding process. They’ll work directly with customers before, during, and after their installation — promptly assisting them with the initial setup and configuration of extensions and services. They will serve as a liaison between the Project and Tech Departments.
