TeleVoIPs is seeking Technical Implementation Consultant to assist clients with our award-winning VoIP platform including IP phones, call flow build out, and VoIP server set up.  The TeleVoIPs Implementation Services Team assists new customers in setting up their phones, features, and services by providing configuration advice, consulting, training, and problem resolution throughout the setup and installation process. They’ll work directly with customers before, during, and after their installation — promptly assisting them with the initial setup and configuration of extensions and services.  They will serve as a liaison between the Project and Tech Departments.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but may not be limited to the following):

  • Assist with call flow set up and transferring phone numbers to TeleVoIP’s from a prior carrier.
  • Consult with customers to plan and configure telephone extensions and services.
  • Establish accurate timeline to ensure on-time completion of network activations and evaluates impact of change to the overall onboarding timeline.
  • Identify risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines, goals, and installation of services.
  • Coordinate with various levels of operations, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately and accurately.
  • Serve as primary contact with customer and IT/technical personnel/vendor. Handles escalations across multiple levels internally and within the customer’s organization.
  • Analyze customer requirements to understand how TeleVoIPs products and services can be applied to meet these needs and solve clients’ business problems.
  • Translate complex technical design requirements into information that customers can understand.
  • Communicate well both verbally and in writing to explain technical concepts in simple and understandable terms to a layperson


  • Come to the job with at least a high-school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working in the telecom industry, or supporting hosted voice or VoIP products and services
  • Be able to complete our required VoIP certification courses
  • Include at least three experiences relating to this position in your cover letter or introductory email
