1-2 years of experience in account management / inside sales/ call center / telemarketing

Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred

Ability to dial outbound a minimum of 50 calls a day

Experience in telephone sales and business development with proven track record of closing skills and achieving revenue quota needed

Knowledge of business organizational structures

Ability to persuade and influence others

Ability to suggestive sell

Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Essential Job Functions

The Inside Telephone Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing new and existing customers

They will also be responsible for cold calling for new appointments and new business with a desire to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and grow a specific territory

Maintain, develop and expand relationships with existing and potential accounts via telemarketing

Identify potential prospects by qualifying accounts

Follow up on leads resulting from marketing activities

Responsible for scheduling and setting appointment attending targets

Responsible for building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections

Maintain sales performance to meet and exceed target goals

Utilize HubSpot on a daily basis to provide funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet and exceed sales quota

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor’s degree (preferred not required)

2+ years of business to business (B2B) sales experience preferably within the telecommunications industry

A valid driver’s license is required

Reliable transportation is required

Valid Insurance with public liability and property damage insurance

Proficient in HubSpot, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: (Light to moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous activities of an administrative nature to include):
