Our Leadership

Grant Baxley

CEO and founder of TeleVoIPs, Grant serves as our lead visionary and has more than 16 years of experience at the head of technology businesses. Grant is a Tampa native and earned his degree in Management Information Systems at the University of South Florida. Prior to launching TeleVoIPs, Grant owned and operated a local managed services company. He was voted the Tampa Bay Technology Forum’s “Emerging Technology Leader of the Year” in 2016 and earned USF’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2018. When Grant isn’t at the office, he can be found coaching tee-ball or mentoring USF students and local startups.


Scott Baxley

As our COO, Scott uses his more than 20 years in the technology industry to guide our tech team through challenging day-to-day projects and system changes. He also led the implementation of new onboarding and support processes to improve our customer experience and is always striving to provide our clients with the best quality of service possible. Scott is a huge Seminoles fan having studied at Florida State University and can be found watching football games with his family or barbequing when he’s not at TeleVoIPs.


Nick Todisco

Our CFO, Nick, is a seasoned technology leader with a degree in Finance from USF with over 16 years of industry experience. Nick has worked to propel the company toward financial and geographic expansion and also oversees our HR processes, growing the TeleVoIPs team more than four-fold since 2014. When he’s not in the office, Nick can be found spending his time with his wife, two young daughters, and their dog Lily.


Steve Cox

As our CSO, Steve coaches our sales and marketing team toward success and works to help clients find the right VoIP solutions to fit their needs. He brings over 20 years in the telecom industry and studied at Georgia State University. Steve fosters new and existing relationships with our network of IT and technology partners. When he’s not on the job, Steve is most likely traveling abroad, exercising, or spending time with family and friends.
